Six minors involved, three suspects and four pages of very serious accusations with shocking episodes against children, even very young ones: the District Attorney's Office of Cagliari (competent for the matter) has requested the referral to trial for the child pornography ring that has its epicenter in a town in Alta Gallura. And compared to the initial hypotheses, the accusatory framework is much broader, in particular, unfortunately, for the number of small victims identified by the Carabinieri of the Tempio Company. Starting from the center of Alta Gallura, the investigations have expanded to Olbia, Arzachena, Milan and Pescara. It all began with the arrest of a 45-year-old man accused of having sexually abused his eight-year-old son and of having filmed the violence by making "child pornography shows, circulated on messaging platforms". And this is the incipit of the story, the investigators have extrapolated videos and chats from the phone memory of the arrested man, opening up new distressing scenarios.

The little girl

In addition to the man in jail, the request for indictment concerns a 40-year-old woman. She is accused of having had sexual intercourse with the first suspect (they are from the same town where it all started) in the presence of her daughter, a little girl of a few years. The episode is documented by a video, found on the arrested person's phone. The circumstance had never emerged.

Four little boys

The prosecutor also refers to four children who allegedly frequented the house of the arrested man and viewed child pornography with him. The incidents were confirmed by one of the minors, during a dramatic evidentiary incident.

Video Calls

Another man, from a town in the Milanese hinterland, allegedly video-called the main suspect, performing a sexual act in the presence of a young child. All the events occurred between 2023 and 2024. A second line of investigation (underway) concerns four other people who allegedly received videos and photos. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 18. The man reported for the abuse of his son, defended by the lawyer Angelo Schirru, denies the accusations. Some victims, assisted by the lawyer Monica Liguori, have been entrusted to social services.
