With 335 yes, 51 no and 3 abstentions, the Green pass bis law decree (which extends the vaccine obligation at school and transport) gets the final green light in the Chamber.

The provision, which must be converted by 5 October, was sent to the Senate and will be assigned to the Constitutional Affairs Commission in the referring seat.

Almost half of the deputies of the League have deserted the classroom: only 69 deputies of the Northern League out of a total of 132 took part in the vote. There were 51 unexcused absentees while 12 were on missions. The participation in the vote of Fi is also low: 46 out of 73 voted, 56%.

Yesterday in the vote of confidence the League was present at 60%, and the unjustified absentees had been 41. "The parliamentarians are free to be there or not. Everyone is free to act according to conscience, we are in a democracy and not in a regime", Lega leader Matteo Salvini said.
