Green light for the 2023-2025 budget maneuver of around 10 billion euros .

The ok arrived this morning, the Region expects a month of provisional exercise , with the green light in the Regional Council which should arrive by January.

MEASURES

The energy chapter is entrusted with 70 million, 40 for families and 30 for businesses : the contributions are used for energy efficiency and cost reduction, the goal is to lighten Sardinian bills as early as 2023.

The health fund is increased: a further 51 million in 2023, 137 in 2024, 8 in 2025 . 50 million have also been allocated for medical guards , the first 10 million for 2023.

On the other hand, 149 million are the funds foreseen for the mitigation of hydrogeological risk : 39 million to the municipalities (13 per year) for planning, 110 for works (30 in 2023, 40 in subsequent years).

Twenty million are instead allocated to the employment chapter , a series of interventions to encourage active employment policies and accompany the integration or reintegration into work of the unemployed and the unemployed. Fifteen million instead go to handicraft enterprises as non-repayable contributions for investment programmes.

School chapter: eight million allocated for the study of the conditions of the buildings. Resources available to municipalities to create teams to study the state of buildings, also to avoid the repetition of episodes such as the collapse at the University of Cagliari.

The resources for local authorities have been confirmed: in addition to the 8 million for schools, there is an increase of 6 million in the three-year period for roads, 5 million for social welfare activities.

The anti-depopulation measure for the purchase of the first house in Municipalities under 3 thousand inhabitants has also increased : with another 10 million, the budget foreseen for 2023 increases from 15 to 25 million euros.

Ten million a year are allocated for research, to which 25 million are added throughout the three-year period for a genomic research project.

THE STATEMENTS

"The Region supports the recovery and prepares the economic and social fabric in a strategic year not only for regional measures, but also for the interventions financed with the Pnrr and for the new 21-27 programming already approved by the European Commission", explains the President Christian Solinas .

"Considering the emergency linked to inflation and energy price increases, we want to intervene quickly to give relief to families and businesses, despite the problematic context".

"A maneuver - explains the commissioner of Programming Giuseppe Fasolino - set in continuity with the previous one, consolidating and confirming the actions already started and providing for new interventions to support businesses and families ".

All measures "necessary to make the Sardinian system efficient, competitive, attractive for new investments", concludes the exponent of the Giunta Solinas.
