A book with varied implications, eager to generate shocks, full of brilliant ideas. Above all, a tool capable of shaking consciences, of fueling and reviving identity pride and a spirit of belonging. Here is “Buongiorno SardDegna”, the editorial work by Sergio Zuncheddu which will be presented this evening in Nuoro, at 6.30pm. In the auditorium of the Satta library, in Piazza Asproni, the entrepreneur and publisher of the L'Unione Sarda group will talk with the Videolina journalist Graziano Canu and the lawyer-writer Antonello Menne.

A land with enormous potential, too often exploited and abandoned by the "looters" on duty. Between military servitude and unwanted wind turbines.

Zuncheddu's work reveals a wounded, at times dying island, where the economic system appears confusing. Thus, the entrepreneur from Burcei presents accurate research and uses eloquent numbers: on the one hand, to support the shortcomings and critical issues; on the other, to set up the necessary rebirth. And in the foreground is a question, a sort of recurring worm: "Why do we have half the per capita income of those more developed or economically advanced regions, such as Lombardy?". In Milan the average income is around 40 thousand euros, on the island less than 20 thousand. (gl)
