2026 in Golfo Aranci kicks off with two major comedy events, headlined by Uccio De Santis and Dario Cassini. The two events, scheduled for January 3rd and 5th in the marquee of the Christmas Village in Piazza Cossiga, with free admission, round off the "Dolce Natale a Golfo Aranci" festival, organized by the Il Leone e le Cornucopie association with the support of the Municipality of Golfo Aranci.

We begin Saturday at 6 pm with a show by Uccio De Santis, a beloved actor and comedian with a long and successful career spanning theater, film, and television. His show offers an explosive mix of monologues and irresistible gags that retrace his personal history, from his early days overcoming shyness to his first loves, and finally his discovery of a passion for theater. On stage, the Apulian comedian, known nationally since the 1990s for his appearance on Canale 5's "La sai l'ultima?" (Do you know the latest?) , creates a veritable journey through memories, family anecdotes, and explosive jokes, always centered around the audience: direct interaction with viewers is his true strength.

Monday will feature Dario Cassini with "I Do My Worst," a tongue-in-cheek title for an authentic, funny, and at times intimate tale, in which the actor and author retraces his nearly forty-year career spanning stages, applause, and shared reflections with the audience. Cassini delivers a brilliant monologue, filled with jokes, paradoxes, and observations about everyday life: from children to feelings, from the cost of living to social media and the air fryer. A moment of true comedy that, like the best evenings with friends, continues well after the show.
