The last stage of the 2023 Giro d'Italia, which will end in the capital on May 28, was unveiled this morning on the Campidoglio.
A 17.6 km long circuit that the runners will have to cover 5 times and which will see them starting from Eur, then moving to Ostia, until they go back through the beauties of the city of Rome.
A route that will be different from those seen in 2018 and 2009, and will touch Corso Vittorio, the Lungotevere, Promenade of Ripetta, Villa Borghese, the Imperial Forums, Castel Sant'Angelo and a passage even under St. Peter's in the Vatican.
The last stage in Rome will start in the afternoon so that the arrival on via dei Fori Imperiali with a view of the Colosseum is in the evening (around 18.45).
