The battle of Gina Lollobrigida against the support administration for the management of her assets continues, at the center of a long-standing judicial dispute on which the Cassation has also expressed itself, which in October validated the decree previously issued at the request of her son Milco Skofic just to give her a tutor.

As a guest on Domenica In, the lawyer of the 90-year-old actress, Antonio Ingroia, announced that "the request for revocation of the support administrator is ready". All a few days before the hearing of the trial that sees the former collaborator of Lollo Andrea Piazzolla accused for circumvention of incapacity.

"In the trial - explained the lawyer - Mrs. Lollobrigida's lawyer was appointed by the support administrator, he was not indicated by her. I therefore filed an application so that she can be represented by a lawyer of her choice".

Ingroia said he was confident that "justice will mend its mistakes: on Tuesday we will discuss the mental health of Mrs. Lollobrigida, who has been harassed by psychiatric reports".

These reports would have called her "paranoid", but - the lawyer specified - "other experts have completely denied it", proving on the contrary that the actress is able to provide for herself.

And, precisely on the basis of these denials, Ingroia intends to base the new request for revocation of the support administration for Lollo. Which, for its part, has once again reiterated its desire to be "free, once and for all".
