Mourning in the world of cinema, TV and theater for the death of Gigio Morra. The Neapolitan actor was 78 years old, he starred in various TV series including "Inspector Montalbano", "Anti-Mafia Squad - Palermo today", "The Bastards of Pizzofalcone" and "Un posto al sole".

At the cinema he appeared in “Pinocchio” by Matteo Garrone, “Benvenuto Presidente!” by Riccardo Milani, “Napoli Magica” by Marco D'Amore, just to name a few films.

Having graduated from the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Naples, he worked with Eduardo De Filippo from 1970 to 1980, Maurizio Scaparro, Giuseppe Patroni Griffi, Luca De Filippo and Toni Servillo.

His wife, Lucia Mandarini, also an actress, made the announcement of his death on Facebook.
