After eleven years of engagement, Ilaria D'Amico and Gigi Buffon got married in San Pancrazio, in the hills of Lucca.

Yesterday was the “official” event, with the ceremony officiated by journalist and TV host Francesca Fogar, a friend of the bride. Today instead the party at the Buffon beach resort in Forte dei Marmi.

The bride and groom were very elegant: she in a white lace dress with bare shoulders by Milanese designer Luisa Beccaria, he in a blue suit by Giorgio Armani.

"Thanks to you, Ilaria, I have known true love. I didn't believe it could exist," Buffon said, she: "If we are here it is also thanks to our wonderful family and the love of our children." That is, their son Leopoldo Mattia, Pietro Rocco, son of Ilaria, David Lee and Louis Thomas, born from Buffon and Alena Seredova's previous marriage.
