Last hours of negotiations in the parties also on the island to close the candidacies in the political elections on 25 September. On the center-left front, the lists of the Green-Left Alliance (Green Europe and the Italian Left) were filed yesterday, in which there are also the Sardinian Progressives: head of the Chamber is the city councilor of Cagliari Francesca Ghirra , 44, who on social writes: "We will carry out a serene but combative electoral campaign on the issues that have always been close to our hearts: work, social justice, development, rights, school, culture, environment". In second place Alessandro Mario Giuseppe Marcellino , actor, born in Ozieri 33 years ago; the third is the Cagliari lawyer Giulia Andreozzi , municipal councilor of the Progressives, 39 years old and finally the Tempiese lawyer Roberto Uzzau , 60 years old.

In the leading Senate is the Lulese teacher Gianni Manca , 57, followed by Lalla Careddu , 63, cultural animator, former councilor of the municipality of Sassari; and Renzo Venturoli from Bologna, an employee of the Public Administration, 67 years old.

Brothers of Italy

At least six FdI candidates could land in Parliament from the island. Certainly the leaders in the Chamber, the outgoing deputy Salvatore Deidda , and almost certainly also the second on the list who will necessarily be a woman. Who? For the moment, while the others take the lists to court, there are only hypotheses. The names in the field are the deputy mayor of Ozieri and president of Fdi for the province of Sassari Barbara Polo, the deputy mayor of La Maddalena Federica Porcu , the councilor in Seui and provincial vice president of FdI in Cagliari Manuela Lai, the municipal councilor of Cagliari Enrica Anedda , the lawyer Laura Sanna .

In the list of the Senate, the woman indicated, in this case as the leaders, should be the regional coordinator Antonella Zedda . To which, however, the availability to run in the uninominal of South Sardinia has already been asked for the Senate.

The other knot to be resolved concerns the possibility that FdI cedes a college to the Reformers. Obviously after agreement (we are talking about a federative pact) satisfactory for the two parties. In this case it would be Michele Cossa , president of the commission for the Insularity, to run in the senatorial college of South Sardinia. Alternatively, Cossa could also end up in an eligible position in the FdI lists.

For the rest, the games seem to be done: in the college of Nuoro-Oristano the group leader in the Council Francesco Mura should run, in that of the Sulcis-Medio Campidano, also for the Chamber, the councilor for the Environment Gianni Lampis could be a candidate. Giovannino Satta , a Roman ophthalmologist of Sardinian origins, is named for the uninominal North Senate.
