Gianfranco Scalas's widow, Denise, is the one who put a stop to the use of the Fortza Paris logo. The logo, officially registered in 2004 by Scalas, along with Antonello Carboni and Antonio Giua, now belongs to her.
In a public statement, Denise Scalas clarifies that this is not a material claim , but rather a protection of her husband's memory and the authentic meaning that the symbol represents.
"I ask everyone to respect this decision, and with it, Gianfranco's memory. This is not a time for division or personal ambition, but for reflection and responsibility," he writes.
The widow emphasizes that Scalas' legacy does not belong to those seeking positions , but to those who truly care about Sardinia, and therefore invites everyone to stop using the symbol without authorization and remember the values that Gianfranco has always supported: working with honesty, putting Sardinians at the center, and not resigning oneself to a policy that leaves half the people behind.
"The symbol of Fortza Paris will forever remain the sign of the courage, passion, and love that Gianfranco had for his people and for Sardinia," the woman concludes.
