The 2023 Formula One World Grand Prix calendar has been launched .
Twenty- four races are scheduled, approved with an online vote by the members of the World Motor Sport Council.
The first race will be the Bahrain Grand Prix , scheduled for March 5, while the two GPs in Italy are confirmed, May 21 in Imola and September 3 in Monza .
Confirmation also for the Monaco GP on May 28, while the novelty is the Las Vegas GP , the third event in the United States besides Miami and Austin.
The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix will have its usual place in the season finale on November 26, while after a year's absence the Qatar GP will return on October 8.
"The presence of 24 races in the 2023 Fia Formula 1 World Championship calendar is further proof of the growth and appeal of this sport on a global scale - commented Fia President Mohammed Ben Sulayem - The addition of new locations and the maintenance of traditional events underlines the solid management of the sport by the federation ".
