Simone Aresti, former Cagliari goalkeeper, joins the FIGC – LND Sardegna technical staff as head of the goalkeeping department for all regional eleven-a-side football teams.
An important role, which will allow him to put the experience gained during his long professional career to use among the island's young talents, contributing to their technical and sporting growth.
A particularly significant event is on the horizon: the 2027 Regions Tournament, scheduled to take place in Sardinia from March 19th to 26th, which will bring the best youth teams in Italian amateur football to the island.
