"It's been an intense few weeks for the negotiations, but in the end it was worth it." This is what Michele Carboni, new acquisition of Torres, says. Signed permanently by Cagliari with a three-year contract until 2028, the twenty-year-old from Sassari started the season with Ternana.
"I felt very good in Terni and I understood how different professionalism is, I grew a lot in the Cagliari Primavera, now I wear the shirt of my city's team with honour ": said the new rossoblù purchase.
Left-handed, technically sound, also dangerous in the goal area (he scored 16 goals in the Cagliari Primavera and 2 with Ternana), Carboni is a midfielder who can cover different roles: « Both as a midfielder and as an attacking midfielder, but I put myself at the disposal of the team and of a group that, as I saw in the first leg, is compact and has important values».
Michele Carboni could make his debut as early as Sunday in the home match against Gubbio.
