At the top of the list is Michele Pazienza, born in 1982. Torres is trying to close the deal to bring him to the bench occupied for four seasons by Alfonso Greco. Pazienza arrives from Benevento where he was called in February to replace Gaetano Auteri, but he was fired after only five games where the team collected four draws and no wins.

Apulian, former midfielder for Napoli and Juventus, Pazienza began coaching in Pisa, then moved to Cerignola which he led to Serie C. In Avellino he obtained second place and the promotion semi-final, but was dismissed at the start of the following championship .

Torres expects to sign the contract this week and then start the transfer market , which will not be easy at all, also because there are many, perhaps too many, players with multi-year contracts.
