An inspection of the Unipol Domus stadium in Cagliari, built in 2017 while waiting for the construction of the new stadium after the demolition of Sant'Elia, to gather useful elements for the design of the provisional stadium in Florence.
It was carried out by a delegation from the Municipality of Florence led by the general manager Giacomo Parenti and made up of municipal technicians and designers from Arup, who conceived the restyling of the Artemio Franchi stadium.
The inspection, reads a note from Palazzo Vecchio, served to gather useful elements for the design of the temporary stadium in Florence , planned for the current Padovani rugby facility starting from the 2024-25 season in conjunction with the works for the restyling of the Artemio Franchi stadium.
