Floods in the Nuoro area and fires in Montiferru: the call for support for agricultural companies has arrived

The opening for the submission of applications by agricultural companies that suffered damage following the flood that hit, in particular, the areas of Nuoro and southern Sardinia in November 2020, as well as those devastated is scheduled for January 15, 2024. from the fires of 2021, especially between Montiferru and Alta Marmilla.

Companies can access the tender - ranked and retroactive with reimbursement even for expenses already incurred - at 100% non-refundable, explains Coldiretti, «and allows each company to submit a single application which covers a maximum eligible expense of 150,000 euros . If the company has already obtained contributions it cannot make a further request. Eligible for financing are, among others, expenses incurred for the restoration of tree plantations; reconstruction or repair of buildings and other artefacts such as walls, roads, canals, fences, water and electricity works, repurchase of animals, repair or repurchase of machinery and equipment and restoration of cultivable land".

For the floods of the days between 27 and 29 November 2020, the municipalities affected are: Bitti; Dorgali; Fonni; Galtelli; Irgoli; Niches; Praise; Lula; Oliena; Onani; Onifai; Orune; Osidda; Torpe; Talana; Villagrande Strisaili; Nurri; Pabillonis; San Gavino Monreale; Villaputzu; Bultei; Well all; Nule.
