A rejection across the board for Giunta Solinas, but at the same time a request to "reopen a discussion that has been missing for too long".

The request to the executive led by Christian Solinas to deal with the emergencies of the island, in particular on work, development, social protection and reforms, comes from Cisl Sardinia , with its general secretary Gavino Carta .

Ten priority points proposed by the union "to restart momentum with programming policies - underlined Carta, illustrating the document - but we need to hurry, we need serious planning".

As stated in the first point, the most distressing criticalities of Sardinian society include the Cisl above all «the absence of work, the lack of primary services, especially social and health services, the phenomenon of migration, especially of young graduates and with important skills, the youth unemployment rate (over 40%), together with the phenomena of school dropout and dropout (18%, with peaks of even 43% in some internal areas), the inadequacy of social services, sports and culture in most communities.

The ten priorities identified concern: a social pact to help overcome the island's crisis, the financial autonomy of the Region, the strengthening of measures to fight old and new poverty and protection for fragile and disadvantaged people, active policies of school work and training to combat unemployment and improve skills, the need for a multi-year and integrated program to combat depopulation and demographic decline. And again, people's health and the right to prevention and treatment, the relaunch of industrial policy to favor the capital strengthening of Sardinian SMEs and economic recovery and the negotiation of a new State-Region pact which also raises the issue of powers and of resources. "We expect an immediate opening of the confrontation", is the final appeal of secretary Carta.
