At Fermassenti, football is a family matter. In the sense that if a footballer arrives in orange, the social colors of the San Giovanni Suergiu club, then brothers and entire relatives also arrive. And there is no doubt that at Fermassenti there is something better.

Indeed, Di Meglio, like the surname of Silvio, Claudio and Emiliano, between brothers who for years have shared the shirt of the company for over 30 years led by Antonio Massenti. The three brothers are all registered for the club and there was a period a few years ago when all three played at the same time. And from the first minute. Now this task falls only to Emiliano, the 29-year-old goalkeeper, and Claudio, the 32-year-old midfielder, because in the meantime Silvio, 34, a midfielder, has become assistant coach to Walter Poncellini but also coach of the club's Pulcini. To all affections, the Di Meglios, it is as if they had the majority share of the company.

"Clearly it's like feeling at home - underlines Silvio - and Massenti is almost like a relative: now I've chosen to coach because it's a challenge I've felt since I was a boy". Claudio, on the other hand, is still tenacious in the field, with Fermassenti for 5 years ("A wonderful experience, a reality on a human scale") and enjoys the moment ( although in the First Category group B standings, Fermassenti is a bit in trouble ) goalkeeper Emiliano: "We'll come out well: the fact that the three of us brothers meet together on the training ground brings back memories of when we played ball together in the garden: a feeling of spiritual well-being".

But, on closer inspection, Fermassenti has also become the home of the Cosa di Carbonia family: Alessandro, a 32-year-old forward, has been playing there for a few years, and his brother Daniele, who has just turned 16 but was sent to the field a few days ago, has also been playing there for one season ago with the first team for the absolute debut in the league.
