Federica Sciarelli is leaving "Who Has Seen Her?"
The longtime presenter's contract expires at the end of July, and according to reports, the journalist has not yet signed a new contract with Rai.
The company itself released a statement confirming the rumors: "Rai and Federica Sciarelli, in view of the expiration of the professional's contract with public television, are discussing the journalist's professional future and potential projects featuring her in upcoming seasons. At the same time, discussions are underway regarding "Chi l'ha visto?", a program for which Sciarelli has been the key figure and central to the public service's offering for over twenty years, and who could take up her legacy ."
Meanwhile, the final episode of the Rai3 program will air next Wednesday. The journalist will apparently remain available for any specials should any events or dramatic developments occur in the cases she has consistently covered.
