The atmosphere at Olbia Calcio is surreal, with comments from Olbia coach Giancarlo Favarin stealing the show from the result of this afternoon's away match on Matchday 11 of Serie D against bottom club Cassino, which ended 0-0.

Speaking post-match, the Pisan coach gave a clear response to a question about his team's prospects, which is being loomed over by the dark clouds of a corporate crisis that appears to have no solution.

Meanwhile, the 0-0 draw in Cassino (the second consecutive draw and fifth unbeaten result for the Gallura team), against an opponent coming off five defeats, puts them at 17 points in the standings. Furtado also got a chance in the second half, having been brought on at the last minute for the Lazio trip after initially being excluded from the squad for what were apparently disciplinary reasons: the Cape Verdean striker reportedly skipped training this week in protest over unpaid wages.
