On the music scene for 40 years , the Swiss-Italian pianist Jean-François Antonioli will be a guest on Wednesday 15 May at 7pm of the "I Wednesdays of the Conservatory" event in the Sassu room of the "Canepa" in Sassari . He will present “Fauré entre Chopin et Ravel”, a program focused on the three composers.

In the concert with free admission, the Prelude in C sharp minor op. 45 by Fryderyk Chopin, 9 preludes op. 103 and Nocturne in B minor op. 119 by Gabriel Fauré, the Sonatina by Maurice Ravel and, again by Chopin, Fantasy in F minor op. 49 and Polonaise-Fantasy op. 61.

Jean-François Antonioli has held concerts in over twenty countries around the world, from the United States to France, from Canada to Eastern Europe, and has recorded several albums .

The German director Walter Wehmeyer dedicated two films to the activity of Jean François Antonioli, “The Vocation of Listening” (2000) and “Eyes That Listen” (2002).
