Brushes in hand at the age of 16, to paint on canvas, years of passion to cultivate his dream. Of Dario Madarese, a Sassari-Turritan painter by adoption, his colors and his paintings will remain forever. The art master passed away in silence at the age of 73, after a life dedicated to telling the landscapes, with his drawings and his unmistakable style. An explosion of colors in his acrylics on canvas, splendid multicolored panoramas, bright colors from green to red that trace the still lifes, the female figures and their hairstyles.

For almost twenty years he lived in Porto Torres where he continued to paint, inspired by the great masters of French painting. From Gauguin to Monet, from Renoir to Van Ghog, he captured the most expressive motifs, working as a self-taught artist I mixed everything by closing myself in a niche to then study and create something personal, until creating new productions. As a teenager he cultivated a passion for painting by hanging out with various Sardinian painters, especially those from Sassari. "You will continue to color our days in a fantastic way", we read in one of the many farewell messages left on social media.
