And here, on his island, at the Paolo Merlo hospital, Tatiano Maiore, 79 years old, died, one of the most representative Sardinian photographers, at the forefront of the national scene among photojournalists who have documented a period of Italian history, in particular that passed through the years of lead .

The first camera at the age of ten, given by his father, and then the departure from the island in the early seventies to go and tell the world and its rebellions , in various foreign countries and in Italy, in Rome, Milan, Venice.
