Gianni Vasino, a very popular face of football on TV, first on Rai, especially on 90° Minuto where he was one of the regular protagonists, and then on private broadcasting, has died at the age of 88.

Born in Serravalle di Berra, in the Ferrara area on November 5, 1936, Vasino moved with his family to Sanremo, where he took his first steps in the world of journalism by collaborating with some local newspapers.

It was Paolo Valenti who wanted him in the 90º minuto team, a program with which he achieved widespread fame.
