His smile cannot be forgotten. But also generosity, competence and kind nature. The world of TV and information is mourning the death of Giuseppe, known to all as "Cicci", Sanna. He was 66 years old. Camera operator and director who has spanned over 40 years of television history in Sardinia between private broadcasting and the Rai public service. For the journalists who worked with him, he was a certainty. Human and professional qualities. He gave advice and encouragement to his younger colleagues. A reference, reassuring even in the most critical situations of a profession that requires coldness and timely decisions. His world welcomed the news of his passing with great pain.
Regret, nostalgia and many memories. Friends and colleagues showed closeness and solidarity to his wife Rita and children Manuela and Alessando. Many on social media have sent him affectionate messages. One for all: «Hi Cicci Sanna, thank you for your professionalism, the chats and the useful and never banal advice».
The funeral will take place on Saturday 16 March at 3pm in the parish of San Giovanni Evangelista in Quartu, in the Pitz'e Serra neighbourhood.
