It's definitely the transfer coup of the summer. Monastir (Eccellenza) has secured the services of former Cagliari striker Andrea Cocco (born 1986), last season at Trapani. With the Granata he won the Serie D championship and was awarded the title of top scorer. With Cagliari, Cocco made his Serie A debut, against Parma, on 21 December 2005.

He scored his first top-flight goal the following year against Udinese. In the 2014/2015 season, with the Vicenza shirt, he was top scorer in Serie B with 19 goals. It adds to the signings of Sergio Nurchi, Stefano Sarritzu, Santiago Zurbriggen, Santiago Naguel, Fabio Porru, Riccardo Daga and Nicolas Madero. Riccardo Arangino confirmed. The club should soon announce the arrival of a strong midfielder. Monastir will certainly be one of the favourites.

Iglesias locks up Argentine midfielder Mauricio Bringas, who was judged by the coaches to be among the best in the tournament last season. The Brazilian Antonny Cancelleri also renews his contract.
