Italy defends the title of European champion. The continental tournament starts on June 14th in Germany. There are 24 national teams, divided into six groups. Italy is in group B, with Spain, Croatia and Albania , against whom they will make their debut on 15 June at 9pm. The final in Berlin on 14 July.

A special 16-page insert is dedicated to the European Championships 2024 and will be free tomorrow with L'Unione Sarda in all newsstands in Sardinia, but also on the L'Unione Digital App.
