Crosses the milestone of fifteen editions and celebrates this important milestone with a great artist: on Friday 18 August, Eugenio Finardi will be the protagonist of the first evening of the Summer Blues Festival 2023 in Aglientu, organized by the cultural association "La Muita", thanks to the contribution of the Municipality of Aglientu, the Sardinia Region and the Sardinia Foundation. The concerts will all be held in the municipal amphitheater of Aglientu. It always starts in the early afternoon with aperitifs, to continue with two great concerts on the main stage and will end with the After Festival concerts.

The opening day will be, as tradition, August 18 at 18.30 with the blues aperitif that will see the Roman bluesman Bonny Jack on stage with his muddy blues and dark folk. Great evening concert from 10pm, with Eugenio Finardi, in the "blues soul" version. Followed by the second concert with the performance of the British American band The Malone Sibun Band. Following After festival with the band Texas Strong.

The second evening, August 19, will start with an aperitif by the Sardinian blues icon Vittorio Pitzalis who will offer his repertoire. At 10 pm the great trumpeter and singer Boney Fields arrives from Chicago with his big band for an irresistible blend of funk and blues, which allowed him to perform together with the likes of Buddy Guy, James Cotton, Maceo Parker just to name a few some. For years he has been treading stages all over the world, entertaining and dancing with his contagious energy. In the evening one of the leading exponents of the Italian blues Cek Franceschetti & The Stompers will take the main stage. Following the After festival with the Southern Rock band The Moonshine.

The third and final day, August 20, will open with an aperitif by Cek Franceschetti. At 10 pm an evening dedicated entirely to Rock Blues made in the UK starts. Performing first will be musicians from Rory Gallagher's original band, the Band of Friends a celebration of the music of Rory Gallagher. The novelty of UK blues rock, The Zac Schulze Gang, will close the festival. Born in Kent in 2020, the band led by Zac Schulze, together with his drummer brother Ben and bassist singer Ant Greenwell, in a very short time became one of the most important bands in the United Kingdom.
