Enzo Fortunato , historic team manager of Cagliari in the Cellino era, has died in Cagliari at the age of 74. He followed the rossoblù between 1992 and 2001, between the years of Europe and the bitter disappointment of Napoli's relegation, in the infamous play-off with Piacenza.

For many years he had also collaborated with Forte Village, before and after the experience with the Sardinian club. More recently, however, he had joined Piero Chiambretti in the television show Tiki-Taka.

His health conditions had been worsening for some time. He passed away at the Brotzu hospital in Cagliari, following complications following a kidney problem.
