«Will you block the speculators who want to fill Sardinia with wind turbines and photovoltaic panels?». « What do you intend to do for the landscape plan?». «How to improve internal transport?». The candidate for president of the Region for the center-right Paolo Truzzu has chosen to use "reels" (videos on social media) to answer the questions posed to him by social network users on the hot topics of this electoral campaign for the Regional elections on 25 February, but also on specific issues.

In his filmed answers, the aspiring governor summarizes his vision in a few seconds, adapting to the language of the medium: «To make Sardinia self-sufficient from an energy point of view, if we compare it as a surface area to a football field, a segment of half the circle would be enough of midfield", highlights Truzzu in response to a question on the attacks of the energy multinationals, "therefore we must identify the areas where to place the plants, have them built both by the public and the private sector, and above all guarantee a return for the Sardinians and therefore a reduction of the electricity bill", he explains.

On a landscape level, the centre-right candidate focuses on "always defending the territory, but with an idea of development that is sustainable and consistent with our identity".

From PPR to social issues: is there any initiative planned for separated fathers in difficulty? «In good conscience», replies Truzzu, «I don't feel like exploiting socially difficult situations to scrape together some votes. What I can say is that regional welfare must be a tool so that no one is left behind."

And then the Cagliari stadium. Where are we at? «In order to start the works we still have to obtain authorization from the Region, from the Department of the Environment, we are waiting for it», specifies the current mayor, «then Cagliari Calcio will present the economic-financial plan, we will go to the City Council , we will approve it and the public tender can be announced and work can begin. I hope that everything can be done within the year."
