The Radicals in Sardinia are trying to strengthen themselves with a new rooting in the territory through an assembly in Cagliari on the issues that have always been synonymous with mobilization and civil battles for the movement.

One of the central issues is the law on the end of life. Sardinia, after Tuscany, has moved, with a bill proposed by the Council led by Alessandra Todde, to recognize patients, in very serious health conditions, the possibility of being arbiters of their own destiny. The great absentee, however, is a national law.

In Cagliari, Rita Bernardini spoke on the topic of freedom of choice for terminally ill or seriously ill patients.
