An average of 20,000 passengers per day , which closes the data for the January-July 2023 period at Cagliari airport at 2,702,493 passengers between arrivals and departures in the period. Good news, too, in terms of quality of service for passengers: 90% of travelers in the period January-June 2023 waited less than 8 minutes at check-in ; the average waiting time was 2'28”. Waits in security lasting between 10 and 20 minutes involved less than 1% of passengers.

With reference to the punctuality of departing flights, in the first half of 2023, out of a total of 6,821 take-offs, delays involved 1,443 movements, of which 14 attributable to Cagliari Airport, its facilities and services.

Taking arrivals into consideration, in the first six months of the year the wait for the first passenger to disembark was less than 4 minutes for 90% of flights ; the average waiting time in the same period is approximately 2 minutes. Waits at baggage carousels averaged 9 minutes for the first bag and 13 minutes for the last.

The number of PRMs (Passengers with Reduced Mobility) assisted in the period January - June 2023 was approximately 13,500 units .
