Three lists excluded in Sardinia in view of the political elections of 25 September .

These are the Orange Vests , the first political group to have presented the lists in Cagliari, and the animal rights party : the exclusion is linked to the lack of signatures . The communication was given to those directly affected by the electoral office of the Cagliari Court of Appeal.

The Italian Communist Party is also excluded . This is confirmed by the regional secretary Davide Meloni who received the notification yesterday evening highlighting the insufficiency of signatures: 716 certified compared to 750 necessary to be able to present himself without a representative in Parliament.

“It is an electoral law that must be changed because it forces small parties to jump through hoops, especially during holidays like this one. We will certainly appeal . "

There were six candidates on the PCI list on the island, four in the Chamber and two in the Senate, with double candidacy for all in the single and plurinominal.

Throughout Italy, Marco Cappato's "Referendum and Democracy" list was rejected, due to the presentation of digital and non-paper signatures and which had not already entered the calculation of the 149 candidates (176 due to double candidacies) for the 16 places available for Sardinians in Parliament.

At this moment the admitted candidates are therefore 128 . Now the excluded will be able to appeal, by today, to the central office of the Court of Cassation.
