The complaint is from Coldiretti Cagliari who speaks through its president Giorgio Demurtas, and the reference is to the refreshments for the agricultural sector which, to date, although foreseen, have never arrived.
A "very serious and unjustifiable delay that no longer has any extenuating circumstances", thunders Demurtas.
"A long and tortuous history - continues the president of Coldiretti cagliari - that affects all agricultural sectors except the shepherds who then obtained, in the summer of 2017, a preferential lane for substantial economic recognition first and a liquidation of the immediate practices after" .
"It took a heavy intervention - adds Demurtas - to add to the right refreshments assigned to the shepherds also those, equally sacrosanct, for all the other sectors. But also the payment methods were different. And while the shepherds already in 2017 began to receive transfers, to be completed in the first months of 2018, for all the other sectors the process was different. And when the preliminary investigations began 4 thousand of the approximately 23 thousand applications were also excluded. Recovered in September 2020 when it was decided to pay the latter too through the de minimis ".
"Although the road has been traced - remarks the director of Coldiretti Cagliari Luca Saba - the money has not reached the companies. Four years later, we continue to liquidate them with a dropper, an insult for many companies that have suffered heavy losses for the drought and calamities of 2017 and which did not have indulgence even after the global crisis of Covid ".
