The National Court of Appeal of Nado Italia (Nadab) has upheld Rebecca Passler's appeal against the provisional suspension for a positive letrozole test found during a test on January 26, recognizing the "fumus boni iuris," or the apparent validity of the involuntary intake or unwitting contamination of the substance in question.

The Italian Winter Sports Federation (FISI) has announced that the biathlete will thus be eligible to participate in the 2026 Milan-Cortina Olympics.

Rebecca Passler will join her teammates starting Monday, February 16, when she will be available to the coaching staff for the subsequent Olympic competitions.
