The Marialisa de Carolis concert institution gave five of them to the Civic School of Music in Sassari, taking advantage of the purchase of a new set for the orchestra.
The donation took place in the presence of Antonello Mattone and Alberto Gazale, president and artistic director of the de Carolis, Antonello Mura, director of the Civic School of Music and the mayor Nanni Campus.
The musical institution, born last December, started with 177 members and has tripled the numbers for the next school year: 486 applications. The activities of the civic school, which started with the introductory classes, guitar, drums and piano, are open to all age groups. The goal for the new year is to further expand the offer for a public service of great social and cultural impact for the community.
