Recognition for many years of sacrifice, discipline, passion, and absolute dedication to dance sport: 25-year-old Nicole Casu from Domus Novi has earned the prestigious title of Italian Vice Champion at the 2026 Fidesm National Championships, which recently concluded in Rimini. For the dancer from the Last Dance Power school, led by Maestro Marco Ortu, it was a splendid performance in the challenging 19-34 A2 category, one of the highest-level classes in the national dance sport scene. It was a performance in which the dancer from Domus Novi emerged victorious from over 60 competitors in the category, a performance that was only interrupted in the final. Her silver medal at the Italian National Championships establishes her as one of the best dancers in Italy and represents a significant recognition for Last Dance Power, one of the most solid and qualified organizations in national dance sport, capable of training competitive athletes at the highest levels over the years. It is no coincidence that the school has won so many titles and placings in the various categories of the Fidesm Championships in Rimini. "For me," says the newly crowned Italian vice-champion, "it's an indescribable feeling that repays me for all the sacrifices I've made over the years. There have been difficult times, but I've never stopped believing in myself and my goals. Results come to those who work hard and never stop chasing their dreams." Maestro Marco Ortu, who has followed her for years, is proud: "Behind this result are thousands of hours spent in the rehearsal room, many sacrifices and sacrifices, which, however, were essential to achieving one of the greatest goals in dance sport.
