"After the positive experience at the International Tourism Exchange, Sardinia returns to Milan to participate in the 18th edition of 'Do the right thing' , the largest Italian fair for responsible consumption and sustainable lifestyles, which is back in presence after two years ". Thus the regional councilor for tourism, Gianni Chessa , announcing the presence of a "Spazio Sardegna" at the trade fair event to be held in Fieramilanocity from today until Sunday 1 May: over 250 appointments, including workshops, meetings and presentations, and 32 thousand square meters of the exhibition space hosting 500 companies and realities in the ten thematic sections and in the five special spaces that explore some aspects of sustainability.

"We will promote our slow and sustainable tourism proposals, the identity and traditions of our Island, accompanied by well-being and spirituality, the welcoming of the territories and the sense of community of the people who live there. Main cornerstones of the project that the Region is proposing in the national and international market: a unitary tourist proposal, divided into Sardinian Routes, Pilgrimage Destinations, Franciscan Places and Villages of Sardinia ", added the commissioner Chessa.

Saturday 30 April, at 12, the Councilor for Tourism will participate in the conference "Sardinia, island of paths" , promoted in collaboration with the publisher "Terre di Mezzo", which organizes the fair event.

In the space reserved for Sardinia, with the Region there are the Foundations of the Mineral Trail of Santa Barbara and Pilgrimage Destinations in Sardinia, the 100 Torri Routes, Via dei Santuari, Santu Jacu and San Giorgio Vescovo of Sardinia, as well as the Sardinian delegation of authentic villages of Italy.
