Dinamo, Serie A2, and a roster to rebuild
With the relegation, all contracts can be effectively terminated.Per restare aggiornato entra nel nostro canale Whatsapp
Dinamo will be forced to start from scratch, or almost completely, in the Serie A2 championship, which has different rules regarding player status, while in Serie A players are fully professionals. Foreign players' contracts will be void because they are generally tied to their category, but even Italian players' contracts can be terminated or, at most, renegotiated, making it impossible to retain those with Serie A demands.
All this leads to a blank slate that makes building the team challenging. Especially since at least twenty promising young players have been attracted by the generous salaries promised by the NCAA. Among them is the white-and-blue center Luca Vincini. The number of high-quality Italian players is dwindling, and inevitably, the A2 league will be tapped.
Of course, everything depends on the club's plans. President Stefano Sardara is likely waiting for the League and the Federation to make decisions on the 2026/27 Serie A season, which will see Roma return after purchasing Cremona's title, while the situation in Trieste remains unclear.
