"Touch the heart, be hungry, think as a team": the concepts expressed by new coach Luca Vitali were also echoed by president Stefano Sardara, CEO Francesco Sardara, and general manager Jack Devecchi, who took responsibility for the season just ended, emphasizing that "too many people lacked the fire."

Born in 1986, the older brother of Michele, who won the 2019 Italian Super Cup with Dinamo, Luca Vitali was a 6'1" playmaker who played for the national team, Virtus Bologna, Montegranaro (promoted to Serie A alongside Devecchi), Venezia, Brescia, and, of course, Cremona, where last season he served as assistant coach to Gigi Brotto, formerly of Dinamo. "I approach this first experience as head coach with enthusiasm and gratitude. We want to rekindle the enthusiasm of an entire island."

The sporting director will also be new, Paolo Citrini, in his fourth role at the Sassari club after being assistant to Meo Sacchetti, head of the press office and communications, and most recently head coach of the women's team, which he managed to save on the pitch.

The presentation, held at the Sella & Mosca estate in Alghero, also served as a meeting point with sponsors ("they've all confirmed their participation," said Francesco Sardara) and the unveiling of Dinamo's new logo. Another sign of a new beginning.
