For the first time this season, Dinamo is out of the bottom two spots in Serie A, the ones that lead to relegation. Home wins against Cantù, Trento, and Trieste have given them some breathing space in a league table that was still zero points after five matchdays.
Mrsic's team is currently among the third-to-last teams, two points ahead of Reggio Emilia, second to last, and four ahead of bottom-place Treviso. In the current head-to-head standings, Udine and Varese are doing better among the four teams, while Sassari is ahead of Cantù.
There are five games left until the end of the first half of the season. Two are crucial, both away: in Reggio Emilia and Treviso. Winning them means we're still out of danger. Coach Mrsic was clear: "Now, if we want to win away, too, without the support of our fans, we need to maintain consistency in the moments where we play well and pass the ball."
Banco di Sardegna is the only team, along with Cantù and Reggio Emilia, to have never won away from home.
