Sassari is the queen team in the triples, which is why the 17/24 in the sparkling victory over Pesaro for 110-74 shouldn't surprise too much. For the third championship in the last four he is in the lead for precision in the shots from beyond the arc of 6.75 meters.

It is even the best percentage ever with 41.7% in the triples, higher than the 40.5% of the 2020/21 season and 41.2% of the 2019/20, when the championship was interrupted due to the lockdown following the Covid and the formation coached by Pozzecco was second.

In thirteen championships since entering the top flight of basketball, Dinamo has been the most accurate in three-point shooting five times and another four times they have been on the podium, as second or third.

In detail, this season the master of the triples is Filip Kruslin with 53.2%. The Croatian full back is producing a monstrous championship. Very few have reached or exceeded 50% from three in the last thirteen years. These include Austin Daye and Drake Diener. The only one who has done better since Sassari is in Serie A is the Virtus Bologna guard who in the 2010/11 championship had 65% during the regular season and closed at 58% including the playoffs.

Behind Kruslin is the Sassari native and former biancoblù Marco Spissu with 50.6% and third Eimantas Bendzius with 49%. Winger Jamal Jones is also in the Top 20 with a good 38.7%.
