Dinamo, four wins in a row: it hasn't happened in two years

In the past championship, Dinamo had never gone beyond three wins in a row. This year they obtained four, beating Treviso, Cremona, Trapani and Pistoia. They would have even been five without the unfortunate ending against Venice. And perhaps with that success the team from Sassari would have remained in the running for the playoffs. Now, however, it is almost impossible to improve on tenth place.

Banco has undergone a real metamorphosis in the last two months. After all, the current team has gone through a half-technical revolution. Assistant Bulleri took over from head coach Markovic and, in addition to more tactical variety in defense, he has focused on the double play in the quintet (hence the arrival of Weber) and freed the players from the cages of the schemes.

Thomas' return has then filled the gap in the long department with the opponents. Before, Dinamo always or almost always succumbed in the fight inside the area and on the rebound, now they play on equal terms and often prevail, also because more trust has been given to the young Vincini, a pivot that the national team should start keeping an eye on.

The same would have happened without the injury to Renfro first and then Halilovic. The counter-proof is missing, but the reality is that with the Thomas-Vincini duo the Sassari team has become more successful.
