The Halloween party has long since crossed geographical borders, becoming an annual event also here in Sardinia. Here the themed menu could even be healthy! You can in fact decide to deploy a good variety of seasonal protagonists all on the podium of autumn super-foods.
The absolute queen of the season is definitely pumpkin, to be enjoyed as a condiment for a good risotto, a tasty fresh pasta or simply on its own lightly spiced as a comforting cream soup. Second place goes to the healthy and nutritious beetroot which, in addition to its themed color, brings us a real concentration of mineral salts and vitamins. I recommend it for fine palates, creamed with evergreen linguine with garlic and oil.
Closing the podium, we can't miss the purple cabbage, a special condiment for gnocchi lovers. Don't worry, however, for traditionalists, tradition and health can also be saved with a classic spaghetti with tomato sauce, which with its traditional red color has always recalled vampires and bats.
