In Sardinia, around 27,000 people voted for the Pd primaries.

In the Province of Cagliari, Piero Comandini has the advantage , obtaining almost 4,000 votes against Giuseppe Meloni 's almost 1,900. The latter has the advantage in the province of Sassari with over four thousand votes against almost three thousand for Comandini. In Oristano, Comandini prevailed (1201 to 729). In the province of Nuoro Meloni would have a clear advantage, as well as in Gallura. In Sulcis-Iglesiente Comandini has 1236 votes, Meloni 878.
