American actor Adam Rich , famous for playing “ little Nicolas ” in the television series “The Bradford Family” has died at the age of 54 .
His family gave the announcement of death , without specifying the causes of death - which took place at his home in Los Angeles . The man, after the success of the fiction, had appeared in various series and films of the 70s and 80s including “ Fantasy Island ”, “ CHiPs ” and “ Small Wonder ”. His last time on the set – before disappearing from the screens for ten years – in 1993 , in an episode of “ Baywatch ”. He then starred in a few more productions in the early 2000s.
In 1991 , he was arrested on charges of burglary . His bail was paid by Dick Van Patten , the actor who played his father in the famous TV series. In 1996 he had participated in a prank on a broadcast in which the false news of his death was announced.
