Continuing its commitment to free information, focusing on grassroots publishing practices outside of monopolies. Four years after their last visit, the independent publishing collective Cronache Ribelli returns to Cagliari for a new stop on the traveling exhibition " Full Catalogue – Publishing Without Asking Permission ": from September 24th to 26th , meetings, presentations, and other activities are scheduled at Su Tzirculu , at Via Molise 58 .

An initiative dedicated to those who promote a culture outside of large-scale distribution channels and independent by definition and conviction, which arrives on the island after numerous stops in various cities across the peninsula during 2026, with the idea of stimulating a renewed public debate on the future of independent publishing in Italy . This will touch on issues such as the logic of publishing monopolies and profit, the sustainability of the book supply chain, the difficulties of independent bookstores, the exploitation of cultural labor, and, finally, the ecological impact of paper overproduction.

It starts on Thursday 24th with the introductory meeting " Cronache Ribelli eight years later and the editorial question in Italy ", which at 6.15 pm will lay the thematic foundations and objectives of the open discussion that the three days aim for, followed an hour later by the presentation of the graphic novel " L'Organizzazione " – based on the text of the same name written by the collective – in the company of the author Giulio de Matteis , and finally closing the first date with a musical selection curated by the Cronache Ribelli staff.

Friday also begins at the same time , with a narration of the novel " Era bello il mio ragazzo" (My Boyfriend Was Beautiful ) by author (and icon of Italian counterculture) Franco "Franszisko" Carlucci . An hour later , the event opens with a talk by social cartoonist and Mediterranean Hope worker Francesco Piobbichi , who will illustrate his works " Insorge l'Aurora " (The Aurora Rises), about the humanitarian missions among migrants in the Mediterranean by the Sea Watch flotilla called "Aurora," and " Fuio dal Buio " (Out of the Dark), a chronicle of the "invisible" farm workers between the Gioia Tauro plain and the infamous Rosarno. Here too, the closing session will be entrusted to the collective's homemade musical selections.

The final day, Saturday the 26th, kicks off at 6 pm with a focus on socializing and recreational activities , with the audience participating in the group game " Il tempo della Rivolta" (Time of Revolt ), competing for prizes provided by the publishing house. This is followed by a final presentation of the important collective work " Stories for Renato ": a collection created in collaboration with Free Ink Comix and Tekio Kairos , published on the twentieth anniversary of the tragic death of twenty-six-year-old engineer Renato Biagetti , senselessly attacked and killed in 2006 on the beach at Focene by two far-right activists. The stage in the capital concludes with a DJ set , featuring Pille at the console.

Active through self-productions and collaborations with independent Italian and international organizations, Cronache Ribelli has made its mission from the outset to recount the reality of the Bel Paese through the intertwining of civil memory, anti-fascism, and social justice , always choosing to establish a direct relationship with its readers. Its latest publication, " Stories for Renato ," has been presented at events such as the Radio Onda d'Urto Festival in Brescia and the Cabudanne de Sos Poetas in Seneghe , also receiving a review in the pages of Il Manifesto.
