A framework provision to regulate the activity of artistic craft companies which, during the pandemic period, did not receive any financial support.

The bill, shared by all the minority forces, was deposited in the Regional Council and illustrated today by the first signatory Francesco Agus (Progressives). Who spoke of "a world already in crisis, considering the huge decrease in the number of employees registered with the Chamber of Commerce in the last ten years". On the other hand, "in recent years it has been almost a disincentive to be in compliance with the laws of the sector: more and more operators have reacted to the crisis by canceling their membership, or even changing jobs". Or again, "finding a solution even in forms of illegal work without any protection".

Obviously, Agus added, "when a sector like this, which represents the image that Sardinia has on the outside, becomes a sector that travels in a market without rules, the quality of the products decreases and the number of imitators increases".

THE OBJECTIVES - Hence the need to set up a register of typical and traditional artistic craft enterprises, to promote incentive policies to favor the emergence of the undeclared through social security contributions to those in good standing. Ten million are foreseen for the implementation of the provision for 2022. The register, explained Agus, "allows us to overcome the problem of the Ateco codes: these are companies that often have different codes".

Central to this law are the contributions for the transition shops and in the so-called "school-shops": "We encourage the participation of young apprentices in the artisan shops, so as not to waste knowledge".

The operators registered with the Chamber of Commerce are currently a thousand, pointed out Michele Ciusa (M5S), in reality - underlined Piero Comandini (Pd) - "including the undeclared, there are about seven thousand".

According to the councilor of the Progressives, Laura Caddeo, "this bill is a pivot to enhance the villages of which the island is rich".
