In its first month, the Sardinian Artistic Crafts Fair attracted 7,334 visitors, generating over €21,000 in ticket sales and a total revenue of nearly €174,000.
Business is also going well for the artisans exhibiting: in the first 30 days, sales revenues totaled over 152,000 euros.
The Mogoro exhibition, which opened on July 19, "confirms the more than satisfactory figures of previous years, with an increase in attendance compared to 2024," commented Francesco Serrenti, Municipal Councilor for Productive Activities . "The ever-increasing number of visitors includes many from Sardinia, but there are also groups of Italian and international tourists. We are obviously pleased with these initial figures, a recognition for the Municipality, our community, and all those who work at the Fair every day with enthusiasm and professionalism."
Among the events accompanying the 64th edition of the Fair, after a year's hiatus , the awards ceremony for Mogoro's recent graduates returns tomorrow, Tuesday, August 26th. At 7:00 PM, in the Cloister of the Fairgrounds , Mayor Donato Cau and Councilor for Culture Alex Cotogno will present cash prizes to three recently graduated students from Mogoro. During the ceremony, the newly graduated students will present their degree theses.
